Owners

Harmony Caskets is owned and operated by Russ Rieger, Frank Kasdorf, Morgan Smith, and Nolan Rieger.  Founded in 2007, Harmony has sales in four Canadian Provinces and three U.S. states. We currently supply 50+ customers throughout our territory and are growing daily. Harmony has warehouses in Winnipeg Manitoba, Fargo North Dakota, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. 

Russ Rieger has twenty-two years experience in the furniture manufacturing industry as General Manager of the largest casegoods furniture factory in Canada.  He also has three years in the architectural hardware industry  with Almar/Greensteel. Russ also owns and operates a graphics company along with two other partners. 

Frank Kasdorf  has thirty-six years experience in information technology.  He managed IT group at Canada’s largest furniture manufacturer for twenty-five years.  During this time Palliser grew from five hundred to twenty-five hundred employees and was one of North America's largest furniture manufacturers.

Nolan Rieger is a recent grad from the University of Manitoba and since then has owned an operated a fast growing graphics company in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has been involved with all aspects of the business from purchasing, logistics, graphical design, manufacturing, product design and sourcing.

Morgan Smith has spent the last 10 years operating his own import business. This provided him with an extensive background in transportation, engineering of new products, quality assurance, and production scheduling. He has traveled extensively in Asia and has spent the last 18 years developing furniture products with OEM manufacturers in Asia. Prior to this he was involved with purchasing, product engineering, and inventory and production control for another major domestic manufacturer.  

With our combined experience in manufacturing, importing and customer relations we feel Harmony's customers will be the beneficiaries of quality product and exceptional service well into the future.
