Currently Harmony Caskets distributes product throughout Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northern Ontario, Newfoundland and Northern United States. We have three distribution and warehouse facilities (Winnipeg MB, Melfort SK, and Fargo ND) where we ship product from and also allow for customer pickup. Harmony is currently setting up another center opening soon in Yorkton to better serve our Saskatchewan customers. Our Winnipeg center services all of Manitoba, Northern Ontario and Newfoundland while our Fargo center services American customers. The majority of our supply is warehoused in Winnipeg but each distribution center is adequately supplied with sufficient product required for that region. We plan to open more distribution outlets in 2009 to better service customers across Canada and Northern US.

Depending on your location relative to our distribution center, product delivery ranges from same day delivery up to 5day delivery. Contact us to discuss shipping arrangements that best suit your needs. 

Return Policy 

Customer Satisfaction is our main priority. We want you and your customer to be happy with our products. Therefore, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, contact us immediately (no later than 5 days past your shipment date). Depending on the issue we will have a service person come and fix minor imperfections on site or we will take back the product and have another delivered immediately at our expense.  Contact us via email at harmonycaskets@mts.net or by phone (204) 777-0356 for immediate assistance in this situation.
